Mocha Latte French Macarons

Our French macarons are a top tier gluten-free dessert.  The cookies are a meringue based cookie with almond flour and flavored with finely ground coffee beans, our handmade pure vanilla extract and bean paste.  The cookies have a crispy crust with a gooey center. Two cookies are sandwiched together with our handmade whipped chocolate ganache as the filling.

Our desserts are made with the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on.   We use eggs from a local small family owned farm.  We are working towards including more handmade/harvested organic ingredients to our goodies on a regular basis.

All items are made in a Cottage Law Baking Facility by a ServSafe Certified Individual

All items are individually wrapped to lock in freshness.

All items come labeled with an ingredient list and allergen warning.

If Picking Up Locally:   In most cases, items are made and packaged same day as scheduled pickup.

If Items are Shipped:  Items are frozen after being wrapped individually.  Then there are packaged and shipped with ice packs to insure best possible freshness. 

Ingredients:  

     Cookies:  Almond Flour, Sugar, Egg Whites, Ground Coffee Beans, Pure Vanilla Extract(alcohol, vanilla bean),  Vanilla Bean Paste(alcohol, sugar, water, vanilla bean), Cream of Tartar, Cornstarch. 

     Filling:  Heavy Cream(milk), Chocolate(sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin(emulsifier)).
