Owner/Founder/Operator: Rachel K C Smith
Rachel started making desserts and decorating cakes for the public in 2006. She started out baking in her small family kitchen under the local cottage laws. Then moved to working out of a commercial kitchen in 2018. Rachel has worked in the food industry her whole working career, starting with her grandmother and mother's business "Conway Creations". All her food jobs had been in a gluten filled industry.
In 2020 Rachel found out she had celiac disease and began switching over her desserts to gluten-free versions. She has been completely converted to making gluten-free desserts and cakes since 2021.
