Lemon French Macarons

Our French macarons are a top tier gluten-free dessert.  The cookies are a meringue based cookie with almond flour and flavored with organic lemon zest.  The cookies have a crispy crust with a gooey center. Two cookies are sandwiched together with our handmade whipped white chocolate ganache and lemon curd filling.

Our desserts are made with the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on.   We use eggs from a local small family owned farm.  We are working towards including more handmade/harvested organic ingredients to our goodies on a regular basis.

All items are made in a Cottage Law Baking Facility by a ServSafe Certified Individual

All items are individually wrapped to lock in freshness.

All items come labeled with an ingredient list and allergen warning.

If Picking Up Locally:   In most cases, items are made and packaged same day as scheduled pickup.

If Items are Shipped:  Items are frozen after being wrapped individually.  Then there are packaged and shipped with ice packs to insure best possible freshness. 

Ingredients:  

     Cookies:  Almond Flour, Sugar, Egg Whites, Organic Lemon Zest, Cream of Tartar, Cornstarch, Yellow Food Color.

     Filling:  Heavy Cream(milk), White Chocolate(sugar, cocoa butter, dry whole milk, nonfat dry milk, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural flavor, vanilla extract), Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Sugar, Eggs, Butter(milk).
